Our business immigration practice is led by Carlos M. Colombo. Originally from Argentina, Mr. Colombo personally experienced the immigration system as an immigrant to the United States. Having experienced the hardships and difficulties of the immigration system, Mr. Colombo has a unique perspective in handling matters and understands the personal challenges that individuals and companies face when dealing with U.S. immigration law.

Our Deportation and Removal Defense practice is led by Chad M. Brandt. As a first generation American of Cuban descent, Mr. Brandt passionately believes in protecting the rights of immigrants. Mr. Brandt aggressively represents clients in immigration court as well as other immigration agencies to defend each immigrant's rights to remain in the United States legally. Mr. Brandt has also successfully represented detained clients in deportation cases throughout the United States by securing their freedom and the right to remain in the U.S. legally while their case is pending.

Our immigration appeals practice is led by Orlando immigration lawyer Rusten C. Hurd. Mr. Hurd assists his clients in challenging the decisions of immigration judges as well as decisions made by USCIS to ensure his clients and their families receive the results they deserve. Mr. Hurd, an AV rated attorney, has established his reputation by crafting thorough, detailed legal arguments to the Board of Immigration Appeals or the Administrative Appeals Office.
